Opening multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding account suspensions, or exploiting promotional offers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
You are required to provide a valid Philippine mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password when registering your ric9 account. The name, date of birth, and contact details you provide must be accurate and must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.
ric9 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of:

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your registered mobile number changes, you must notify ric9 support promptly and complete re-verification. ric9 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain current account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ric9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login details with any third party for any reason.
ric9 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purportedly from ric9 requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.
Any activity conducted through your account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have previously notified ric9 of a security compromise in writing. ric9 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
ric9 accepts deposits from the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, USDT (cryptocurrency), and 7-Eleven over-the-counter. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ric9 does not impose a deposit fee on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your ric9 wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. Over-the-counter 7-Eleven deposits are typically confirmed within 60 minutes of transaction completion.
All funds deposited into your ric9 account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account name does not match the ric9 account holder's verified identity — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
All transactions on the ric9 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
The minimum withdrawal amount from your ric9 account is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount; however, ric9 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches and to request additional identity documentation for transactions that trigger AML (Anti-Money Laundering) monitoring thresholds.
ric9 targets processing of standard GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 banking business hours. Processing times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
ric9 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to nominal processing fees as disclosed at the time of request. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may attract network fees depending on prevailing blockchain conditions.
ric9 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and referral incentives to eligible players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms of that promotion as published on the ric9 platform, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.
Any attempt to abuse ric9 bonuses — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotion terms, bonus hunting, or providing false information to claim promotions — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ric9 reserves the right to void all bonuses and forfeit related winnings in such cases, in addition to suspending or permanently closing the account concerned.
All games on the ric9 platform — including RNG-based slots, table games, and bingo — use software that is certified by independent testing laboratories for statistical fairness and conformity with declared Return to Player (RTP) percentages. ric9 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and SA Gaming. These games use real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — managed by trained human dealers in professional studio environments. The results of live dealer games are final and binding.
Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sporting event as published by the governing body of that sport. In cases where official results are disputed or unavailable, ric9 reserves the right to suspend settlement pending clarification. Bets placed after the official start of an event may be voided at ric9's discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to network interruptions, server errors, or game software failures — ric9 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to its pre-error state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount refunded to the Player's real-money balance. ric9 is not liable for any winnings claimed on the basis of a game result generated during a malfunction.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using ric9:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ric9 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any ric9 content without prior written authorisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ric9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or acts of third-party service providers.
ric9's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ric9 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ric9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.
ric9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, ric9 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where funds are lawfully withheld, ric9 will provide the Player with written explanation of the grounds within a reasonable timeframe.
A Player may voluntarily close their ric9 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure will be processed after verification of identity and settlement of any pending transactions. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.
In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or other Platform matter, the Player must first raise the issue with the ric9 customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. ric9 will acknowledge all dispute submissions within 24 hours and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the responsible regulatory authority overseeing the ric9 platform. ric9 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or adjudication process.
All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised outside this window may not be considered.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
The ric9 platform operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 1869, Republic Act No. 9487, and subsequent regulatory issuances applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines.
ric9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on record at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulatory direction or applicable law.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
